About Us
Hanstech Infrabuild Pvt Ltd. factory is equipped for world-class dyeing processes for all varieties of knitwear fabrics. This is a 250 MT per month dyeing unit and is among the biggest facilities in the Delhi- NCR region equipped with state-of-the-art machines.
There are plans underway to colour- process woven fabrics also. The plan for knitwear fabric production is also in the pipeline.
The factory is operational at Pilkhuwa in the Delhi- National Capital Region (Delhi-NCR). The factory is professionally managed and well-qualified unit leaders/ managers are already in place to take care of operations, maintenance, supply chain management, HRM, finance and marketing functions.
Our strong management team and our in-house pickup and delivery service makes us a strong service provider in the fabric dyeing and processing industry. The combined experience of our management team is more than one hundred and fifty years. Each of our top five managers has over three decades of experience in the leading dyeing plants in India/ abroad.
Excellent standard operating procedures (SOP) are in place to take care of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) aspects of operations. Reputed consultants / advisors have developed these SOPs for Hanstech.
Hanstech has obtained all approvals from various government authorities. The business of textile dyeing has high entry barriers because the new facilities face immense challenges in meeting the strict environmental norms.
The Hanstech factory is established within the government designated industrial area for Textile processing purposes. The area has well developed Common effluent treatment plant (CETP) for wastewater management.
