Mr. Sudhir Agarwal

Mr Sudhir Agarwal was born in Pilkhuwa, near Ghaziabad in the NCR region of India. His grandfather was the owner of one of the biggest brick kilns in Western Uttar Pradesh. The extended Agarwal family is one of the well-known families in Ghaziabad and its members are businessmen, doctors, chartered accountants, educationists and social workers.
1984 – 1998: After completing his education, Mr Agarwal joined his father at the tender age of sixteen years and helped him set up cement distribution business in 1984. The business soon became one of the biggest Clearing and Forwarding agents (CFA) of many reputed cement brands and operated one of the biggest depots of Cement Corporation of India (CCI). The cement business had extensive reach across many districts in UP, Delhi and Haryana.
1998 – 2002: Mr Sudhir Agarwal diversified his business activity in 1998 and added lubricants to his portfolio. His company (Bharat Agencies -Presently Known as Goodwill Infra Solutions) became one the top distributors of ESSO Petroleum. Mr Agarwal exited the lubricants business in 2001 after the lubes industry underwent a major shake out across India, due to manty M&A activities.
2002 – 2007: In 2002, Mr Sudhir Agarwal joined Mohan Electro casting as a Director. This steel manufacturing unit was a fledging enterprise in 2002 but within a short span of time the company’s products established market supremacy in Pan India.
2007 – 2012: Mr Agarwal exited from the steel company in 2007 and founded Amba Constructions. The company executed large civil contracts for the Government of Haryana, U.P. and the Union government. This business arm completed all projects in 2012. All projects were complete on time with 100% adherence to the highest quality norms.
2012 – 2022: Mr Agarwal was active in the three companies that he had founded/ co-founded- Goodwill Infra Solutions (Bharat Agencies), Om Kiran Infra Pro Pvt Ltd., and Adycon Concrete LLP. Some of these companies entered Ready-mix concrete (RMC) business and delivered “ready to use” RMC products to many construction projects across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Rajasthan. By 2017, these companies were supplying RMC to mega projects like the Maha Kumbh mela (2019) and to many sites that were involved in construction of roads, buildings, bridges projects. The work contracts and supplies in FY 2021 were to the tune of ₹ 150 crores.
2022 onwards: Mr Agarwal constituted a new company titled HANSTECH INFRABUILD and started pursuing the acquisition of one of the biggest fabric dyeing facility in Pilkhuwa. The acquisition was completed in January 2023 and a professional factory team was put in place by Mr Agarwal. All machines and utility systems were recommissioned and the factory started production in August 2023.
