Mr. Sudhir Agarwal
Managing Director

A successful NCR based businessman with over 30 years of experience in large infra projects, steel manufacturing, cement distribution and industrial and automotive lubricant distribution.
Mr. Agarwal is very active in the running of his businesses but he also invests heavily in building a great team of professionals.
He provides the strategy and leaves it to his professional managers to achieve the organizational objectives.
Personal values: A conscientious and responsible businessman who is committed to ethos of Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG), Mr. Agarwal attaches highest value to worklife balance and puts the interest of his fellow citizens ahead of his personal wealth goals.

40 years of experience in some of the biggest textile companies in India, Mr. Tanwar is a well-known name in the textile industry.
A trained textile engineer from TIT&S, Bhiwani, he has also received intensive and extensive training in Italy with several textile machine
Tanwar possess highest level of technical expertise, he is equally at ease with the customers.
He believes in listening to needs of the customers and addressing their problems by developing customised solutions.

B. Tech (Textile Chemistry) from D.K.T.E. Textile & Engineering Institute, Ichalkaranji (Maharashtra), 1993 batch.
Former President of Innovative Textiles, Sr. GM of Alok Industries and GM of Welspun Ltd.
30 years of diverse experience in textile processing in Northern,
Southern and Western region.
Brand association-Adidas, Reebok, Hummel, Puma, Benetton, Levis etc.

Mr. Nalin Agarwal comes from an illustrious family of businessmen and his great grandfather, grandfather and father have been among the earliest entrepreneurs of their generations.
He graduated in Business Administration (BBA, in year 2021) from Amity School of Business with top He has worked with a top consultancy company for three years before he joined his family business. He handles Supply Chain Management (SCM) and general operations at the factory.
Mr Nalin Agarwal is the future leader of Hanstech. He is fastidious about meeting the HSE norms at the factory and is personally committed to the cause of a greener planet.

Mr. R.K. Srivastav is an electrical engineer from Pusa Institute of technology, New Delhi.
He has over 33 years experience in production, engineering and maintenance.
He has worked in reputed factories in Delhi-NCR region and is a well known for high quality maintenance of electrical panels, boilers, thermic fluid heaters, high-tech machines and equipment, Effluent treatment plants (ETP).
Mr. Srivastav is well versed with maintenance of fire- fighting systems and has excellent understanding in the area of energy saving initiatives.

Gaurav Gupta has been associated with Hanstech group for nearly two decades.
He is a Finance graduate from Delhi university and has vast experience in accounting, audit, banking, investment management, tax compliance including GST issues.
He is well versed with financial data analysis and uses his expertise to give solutions to the company to enable a highly customer friendly disposition.

Dr. Bisht has 35 years experience in corporate, consulting & academia.
He has worked in various companies like Nestle, Indian Oil Corporation, Reliance group, ExxonMobil.
He has extensive work experience in Africa having worked in Conoil Plc, SWAP Technologies PLC, and Globacom Limited.
He has handled diverse functions-operations, logistics, corporate planning, corporate relations, procurement, HR, sales and marketing.
At present Sudhir is a Board member of an Indo- Israeli JV and is associated as ‘Professor of Management’ with reputed institutions in Delhi-NCR.
